Maintain the overall appearance and cleanliness of the community - Perform timely work order repairs (electrical, HVAC, plumbing, carpentry, etc.) - Paint units for turnovers as directed by the Resident Manager and/or Maintenance Supervisor. Report all unit deficiencies and or risk management safety issues - ensure tools, equipment, and workspace are in proper working order- Perform other duties or projects as assigned or as necessary.
