Investment Manager manages overall bank's investment portfolio. Reviews investment strategy, seeks out new opportunities, and recommends changes in investments to manage risk and generate acceptable rate of return. Being an Investment Manager measures and evaluates return on investment and trends that may impact the portfolio. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Investment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Investment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required. We offer up to $22/hrs plus $750 quarterly bonuses, full benefits, tool and boot reimbursement, and paid training for certifications. • Assists in completing work orders assigned to them in a timely manner based on priority
• Assists in Make Ready / Turning Units in between tenant occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining grounds (Assists when a groundskeeper is utilized)
• Assists in preventative maintenance as assigned
• Assists in maintaining and keeping a clean and organized maintenance shop and other work areas
• Assists in exterior structural maintenance as needed
• May assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members
• Snow removal
• Assist in pool maintenance
• Other duties and special projects as assignedKnowledge, Skills and Experience required:
• High school diploma or equivalent
• 6 months’ experience in general maintenance
• Some dry walling experience including painting and carpentry
• Basic knowledge of electrical, and plumbing
• Have good verbal and written communication
• Problem solving skills
