Investment Manager manages overall bank's investment portfolio. Reviews investment strategy, seeks out new opportunities, and recommends changes in investments to manage risk and generate acceptable rate of return. Being an Investment Manager measures and evaluates return on investment and trends that may impact the portfolio. Requires a bachelor's degree. Additionally, Investment Manager typically reports to a head of a unit/department. The Investment Manager manages subordinate staff in the day-to-day performance of their jobs. True first level manager. Ensures that project/department milestones/goals are met and adhering to approved budgets. Has full authority for personnel actions. To be an Investment Manager typically requires 5 years experience in the related area as an individual contributor. 1 - 3 years supervisory experience may be required.     Monarch Investment and Management Group is seeking an Assistant Property Manager to join our TEAM in Rochester, MN.

    Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:

    •  Assists the Property Manager with all property operations
    •  Ensure tenant renewals are being captured (commissions paid)
    •  Responsible for building and maintaining a resident relations program
    •  Assists Property Manager with all marketing efforts      

    Knowledge, Skills and Experience Required:

    •  High school diploma or equivalent
    •  1 years' experience in multifamily housing preferred but not required
    • Must have a Sales and Administrative Office background
    •  Must have excellent computer skills and be able to navigate industry
    software, YARDI preferred
    •  Demonstrate problem solving and conflict resolution skills      
    Compensation & Benefits:

    •  Pay is $18 to $20/hour PLUS     Up to $100.00 commission for each lease renewal and $75 for every new lease
    •  Annual reviews and the opportunity for a raise every year!
