DMI, LLC is seeking a PORTFOLIO MANAGER/CPIC SME
Duties and Responsibilities:
Conduct project and portfolio management activities, supporting PMO leadership and reporting. Develop, manage, and update project and portfolio management tools, templates, standards, and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Support portfolio risk management and mitigation, identifying potential risks and providing effective solutions.
Streamline processes, escalate risks, provide recommendations and guidance. Ensure project teams have the resources they need to succeed.
Support project cost and schedule variance reporting to ensure alignment with organizational goals and budgets.
Perform stakeholder engagements, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
Lead or support Data Call planning and facilitation, including Investment Selection, Cloud Migration, and other related activities.
Conduct presentations for executive leadership, providing clear and concise information on project status, risks, and recommendations.
Collaborate with project teams to support change management activities, ensuring smooth transitions and adaptation to new processes.
Provide analytics for reporting purposes, utilizing data-driven insights to inform decision-making.
Conduct process improvement analysis, identifying areas for optimization and recommending actionable solutions.
Demonstrate effective verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills with strong attention to detail.
