Massage Envy is hiring a Location Manager to work out of their Clarksville retail store. This is a full time, permanent position.

Position Overview

The primary responsibility of the Location Manager is the day-to-day management of an assigned location. The Location Manager will focus on leadership development, service quality, development of a service and sales culture, and execution to brand standards all leading to annual revenue and profitability growth of their location. A successful Location Manager will drive consistent growth in metrics, low employee turnover, operational compliance, and a bench of leaders within their location.

Requirements

• 
  A proven ability to lead, coach, and develop location team(s) that support and execute on a sales and service culture
• A proven ability to identify, develop, and promote leaders within a location
• A proven ability to build authentic relationships based on mutual accountability, authenticity, and excellence that aims towards achieving service and financial goals
• Comprehensive understanding of Profit & Loss statements
• Experience in a leadership role (Spa/Sale management preferred)
• Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Strong analytical, communication and people skills
