Investment Portfolio Manager, Sr. jobs in Denver, CO

Description

• Manage multiple department communications to ensure the completion of tasks
• Setup new vendors in our property management database, and update current vendor information when needed
• Work with the Accounts Payable department to ensure compliance of vendor information
• Assist with past-due vendor invoices, and devise a resolution
• Reconcile a variety of payments to keep financials consistent
• Work with service providers to maximize the receipt of credits stemming from billing errors
• Assist properties with compliance issues as needed
• Audit vendor and service agreements to determine baseline pricing, profit sharing, and identify anomalies
• Collaborate with Portfolio Performance Analysts to streamline processes and procedures for site-staff
• Assist with ad-hoc/provisional duties or projects and/or initiatives as they arise 

• Accurate Data Entry
