Our client is a National Commercial & Residential builder and manufacturer. They are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to act as an owners representative specializing in new construction & renovations for their manufacturing facilities across the United States.
This role reports directly to the Senior Vice President and provides work from home flexibility as well in office (Elkhart) and travel across the country for key project milestones.
Role Overview: The Senior Project Manager will serve as the primary point of contact and owners' representative for new construction and renovation projects of large manufacturing warehouses. This role will involve overseeing all aspects of project management, from initial planning and budgeting to execution and delivery.
