Job description
Responsibilities:
- Offer precise and timely information to customers about their community association, covering assessments, rules and regulations, and maintenance requests, among other topics.
- Ensure that issues are appropriately escalated to the relevant personnel or department for efficient resolution.
- Maintain and update customer profiles accurately within our management system.
- Assist in preparing and distributing communication materials, including newsletters and meeting notices, to keep community members informed.
- Collaborate with vendors and contractors to coordinate maintenance and repair requests effectively.
- Extend administrative support to the management team based on business needs.
Requirements:
- A minimum of 2 years of customer service experience, with a preference for candidates with prior exposure to high-volume environments.
- Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational and time management capabilities.
- Demonstrated ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively, especially in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong customer service skills to effectively interact with clients
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and prior experience with CRM software.
- Experience in property management or real estate is considered a plus.
- Willingness to work occasional evenings, as required.
