About the Position:
The Portfolio Accountant I is responsible for overseeing the daily financial operations of assigned rental properties. This includes reviewing and posting A/R, A/P, G/L and tenant ledger activity; monitoring cash accounts; and working closely with property staff and others to resolve issues and ensure compliance with company accounting standards.
