Responsibilities- Build relationships with existing clients for the purpose of communicating their investments and having them invest in new real estate offerings.
- Daily prospecting of existing incoming leads, contacting via phone and email in order to set appointments to qualify on investment objectives.
- Conducting quarterly reviews with existing clients to review real estate investment performance as well as uncover new investment desires.
- Assisting with the conducting of seminars to introduce people to real estate investing and implement new investments.
- Responsible for the full implementation process of new investors.
Qualifications- Investment sales experience.
- Experience or involvement in real estate.
- Great communication and follow-up skills.
- Ability to execute well with a team.
- Excellent abilities to work within CRM and computer systems.
- Operate effectively within high pace, high-volume environment.
