• Oversees and maintains optimal function of the HRIS, which may include installation, customization, development, maintenance, and upgrade to applications, systems, and modules
• Provides technical support, troubleshooting, and guidance to HRIS users.
• Collaborates with executive leadership and HR staff to identify system improvements and enhancements; recommends and implements solutions
• Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders
• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
• Collaborates with other analysts and HRIS staff to plan, modify, and customize the HRIS and to test new applications and features
• Prepares training materials, guides, and documentation
• Provides user training and hands-on support
• Compiles or assists with the acquisition of complex data reports, summaries, and logs for senior executives and HR staff
• Serves as lead representative and liaison between HR, information services, external vendors, and other stakeholders for HRIS design and implementation projects
• Ensures system compliance with data security and privacy requirements

• Research and resolve complex payroll and timekeeping issues. Provide payroll/timekeeping system support including reporting, auditing, and testing
• Prepares reports and presents findings and recommendations to the HR director and other company leaders
• Manages permissions, access, personalization, and similar system operations and settings for HRIS users
• Reconciles payroll with Yardi system to ensure accurate financial reporting
• Audits ancillary benefit programs to ensure accurate data is being transmitted for payroll processing
• Programs custom functions and documentation such as automated queries, filters, macros, and reports
• Develop, analyze, and manage financial data to identify trends and opportunities for improvement
• Design recurring reports to track and manage various implementations (new processes, vendors, systems, etc.)
• Prepare and analyze files uploads for payroll related deductions
• Intermediate or above MS Suite knowledge (Advanced Excel preferred)
