Today we are looking for a Full Time - Year Round Lead Apartment Maintenance Technician to join our team at Tourville Apartments located at 910 Lincoln Ave, Marquette, MI 49855. Feel free to see where you next CAREER is below!

Schedule: Monday - Friday 7:30 AM to 4 PM day shift hours. On call rotation is 1 week every 6 weeks to give you a great work life balance!

What we are looking for:

• Complete work orders in a timely manner based on priority
• HVAC troubleshooting and repair
• Make Ready / Turning apartments in between resident occupancy
• Painting/Staining both interior and exterior applications
• Maintaining property grounds
• Preventative maintenance as needed
• Assist in coverage of a 24/7 emergency cell phone with other team members

 Qualifications:

• 5 years’ experience in maintenance or equivalent
• HVAC and/or EPA Certification strongly preferred
• Maintenance Supervisor OR lead maintenance technician experience
• Dry walling including painting
• Light carpentry skills
• Knowledge of plumbing, sweating copper pipe
• Knowledge of electrical including outlets, switches and light fixtures
• Able to repair and/or diagnose appliances including refrigerators, stoves, dishwashers and garbage disposal
• Valid drivers license and reliable transportation
