Our LA based women-focused wealth management firm is rapidly growing and the purpose of this position is to ensure smooth daily operations of the practice by managing all of the miscellaneous office responsibilities and calendar management. Additionally, the position will include answering the phones and managing appointment setting of existing clients.

Position will require employee to perform general administrative tasks, including but not limited to ordering and managing supplies, mailing out envelopes and packages, scanning documents, calling and emailing various companies and vendors as needed, and assisting the marketing coordinator with company events.

Other duties include:

• Welcome leads and clients to the office
• Assist financial advisor and operations personnel with tasks related to file prep and customer service
• Implementation and follow thru on new marketing ideas

Knowledge, Skills, and Requirements:

• Prior experience working in financial industry preferred
• Highly organized with strong follow-through

• Ability to prioritize day-to-day tasks/projects and manage time

Salary: $55,000 to $65,000 per year DOE
