Role Description
This is a full-time Multi-Family Real Estate Investment Specialist role. However, this is a hybrid role with flexibility to remotely work. The Real Estate Investment Specialist will be expected to work on providing a full spectrum of real estate services. Training and support is available. This is a 1099 position. Compensation paid upon closings.
Qualifications
- Analytical Skills and Real Estate Investments
- Experience in conducting due diligence for Real Estate Investments
- Knowledge of Real Estate Investment industry
- Experience in creating or reviewing financial models for Real Estate Investments
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and remotely
- Real Estate License is required
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship
Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
Expected hours: No less than 20 per week
