Role Description

This is a full-time Multi-Family Real Estate Investment Specialist role. However, this is a hybrid role with flexibility to remotely work. The Real Estate Investment Specialist will be expected to work on providing a full spectrum of real estate services. Training and support is available. This is a 1099 position. Compensation paid upon closings. Last years production must have been $50k or greater to be considered. Last years production must have been $50k or greater to be considered.

Qualifications

• Analytical Skills and Real Estate Investments
• Experience in conducting due diligence for Real Estate Investments
• Knowledge of Real Estate Investment industry
• Experience in creating or reviewing financial models for Real Estate Investments
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to work independently and remotely
• Real Estate License is required

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract, Internship

Pay: $125,000.00 - $200,000.00 per year
