Are you looking for a new opportunity? We are seeking a part-time motivated and skilled First Impression Associate. Investment Center has been delivering quality financial solutions to individuals and families in Northeast Iowa for over 30 years. We specialize in both investments and insurance.

JOB DUTIES
- Serve as the first point of contact for all callers, providing a warm and professional welcome
- Answer and direct incoming phone calls, taking messages as necessary
- Manage the office calendar, schedue appointments and meetings
- Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document preparation
- Handle incoming and outgoing mail and packages
- Provide administrative support to the team as needed

SKILLS/QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proficient in using phone systems and handling multiple phone lines
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Proficient in computerized systems including Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Previous experience in an administrative or office management role (preferred)
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively
