  • About this role:

    Wells Fargo is seeking a Business Execution Administrator for Global Employee Relations team.

    In this role, you will:
    • Support the operations of Global Employee Relations
    • Administer programs, projects, or processes specific to the business
    • Perform business operations that are administrative in nature
    • Coordinate and monitor implementation and maintenance of processes, procedures, and policies
    • Interact with immediate Strategy and Execution colleagues on operational initiatives
    • Provide support for a variety of diverse support functions for multiple business groups or a specific line of business
    Required Qualifications, US:
    • 2 years of Administrative Support, or Business Support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
    Desired Qualifications:
    • Knowledge and understanding of SharePoint
    • Understanding of SharePoint workflows, InfoPath, forms and customized forms
    • Demonstrated project management experience related to business execution and initiatives
    • Experience communicating with business partners and project managers
    • Strong collaboration and partnering skills including the ability to work with executives and LOB partners on planning needs and issues
    • Experience exercising independent judgment and creative problem solving techniques
    • Demonstrated ability to deliver results with speed and agility
    • Ability to provide strong customer service while listening, eliciting information efficiently, comprehending, and resolving complex customer issues
    • Ability to work effectively in a team environment and across all organizational levels, where flexibility, collaboration, and adaptability are important
    • Ability to operate collaboratively, execution focused, and results oriented
    • Ability to execute in a fast-paced, high-demand environment while balancing multiple priorities
    • Ability to handle confidential material in a professional manner
    • Experience with financial services businesses in a regulated environment
    • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
    • Intermediate Microsoft Office (Excel, SharePoint, PowerPoint, Outlook, Word) skills

    • Position will require onsite presence in a hybrid arrangement (3 days in the office, 2 days telecommuting)
