    Description:

    We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently, and a passion for driving operational excellence. This role offers the opportunity to make a significant impact on our organization by overseeing key administrative functions.

    Responsibilities:

    • Coordinate and oversee administrative procedures and processes
    • Manage schedules, calendars, and interviews
    • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders
    • Supervise and train administrative staff
    • Develop and maintain filing systems, databases, and records
    • Assist in the preparation of reports, and other documents
    • Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations
    • Handle confidential information with integrity and professionalism
    • Perform other administrative tasks as assigned

    Requirements:

    • Recruiting experience is a plus
    • Proven experience in an administrative role, with supervisory experience preferred
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
    • Strong organizational and time management skills
    • Proficiency in MS Office (MS Excel and MS PowerPoint)
    • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
    • Valid drivers license/Id
