  • Continental Properties is looking for a part-time Investor Relations Intern to join our team this summer at our home office in Menomonee Falls, Wisconsin. 

    You will work closely with the Investor Relations and Capital Markets team and assist with investor communications, marketing material, business intelligence, and other ad hoc projects to provide best-in-class service to our investors.  You will report to our Investor Relations Manager. 

    Essential Responsibilities:

    • Assist IR with consolidating investor portals and maintaining data integrity
    • Assist with tracking capital calls for new developments
    • Assist with organizational work associated with next fund offering
    • Prepare customized investor presentations for prospective investors
    • Research small and medium sized institutions, large foundations, and family offices as prospects for future fund offerings
    • Prepare weekly agenda with input from VP of IR and attend as needed

     

    Skills for Success:

    • Pursuing a Bachelor's degree in Real Estate, Business, Finance, or related field.
