Due to increasing demand from our clients, our Client Relations team is hiring an Entry Level Client Relations Trainee in the Riverside area immediately. Our customer relations position involves hands-on training to create and develop our pristine customer centric outreach and sales campaigns. We are searching for an Entry Level Client Relations Trainee that is looking to grow with a company and to expand their professional skill-set.

Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Daily Responsibilities:

• Use provided materials, training, and practice to master product knowledge and provide superior customer experiences to potential future consumers while also meeting sales goals
• Deliver informative, educational and impulsive presentations with the goal of new customer enrollment or current customer upgrades
• Keep accurate records of all customer interactions, track all potential revenue opportunities and compile a daily report for senior management
• Participate in training opportunities provided by senior leadership
• Effectively manage assigned territory and alert senior management to any potential concerns in a timely manner

Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Preferred Skills & Experience:

• At least 1 year in a sales, customer relations or customer service based role
• Able to communicate with a wide range of people, listen to feedback and give educated answers
• Confident in your ability to represent both our company and our clients
• Positive attitude and competitive spirit
• Able to problem solve effectively
• Exceptional customer service and communication skills

Entry Level Client Relations Trainee Requirements:

• Must be able to work 40 hours a week
• Must be able to work Monday-Friday with some Saturdays
• Must be able to attend in-person training at our office
• Must be able to travel locally
• Must be able to start within 2 weeks

Upon completion of training, pay is determined by personal performance. The range listed is based on the average weekly commissions of an entry level associate

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $800.00 - $1,400.00 per week
