    Summary Description
    The Investor Services Clerk I is responsible for processing changes to existing investors and data entry for new investors within the company database ("CRM"). Another area of focus is maintaining investor wire information and reports. The Investor Services Clerk I must be able to work independently, client-service oriented, technology savvy, demonstrate initiative and have attention to detail with excellent time management skills. This position requires employees to perform well under time constraints while handling multiple projects simultaneously. This position is expected to have regular interactions with IT, Treasury, Accounting Associates, other Investor Services Team Associates.
    Essential Duties and Responsibilities
    • Investor onboarding, including data entry, reviewing feedback revisions of investors information and tracking the data received;
    • Running wire reports from the database for Treasury department review and processing necessary review comments;
    • Preparation of all received updates into specified PDF file format;
    • Maintaining investor information by updating the CRM for investor changes received;
    • Organization of electronic investor folders and document filing, as required
    • Assisting team with various projects such as hard copy mailings or printing, as needed and;
    • Work on special projects as assigned.

    • Additional duties as assigned by management.
    Knowledge and Skills
    • Ability to organize and prioritize work, strong attention to detail and to effectively provide team members and others with information and assistance as needed;
    • Ability to multi-task between different tasks and internal demands throughout the day;
    • Ability to interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, handling multiple competing priorities throughout the day;
    • Sound computer and technical skills, including the use of MS Office Suite, Adobe and web-based applications and;
    • Additional duties as assigned by management.
    Qualifications
    • 1 – 3 years’ experience in Administration or related field preferred;
    • Minimum of an Associate’s degree in Business Administration or related field;
    • Ability to multitask, time management, attention to detail, planning and problem-solving skills required;
    • Ability to work both independently, as well as working collaboratively in a team environment;
    • Ability to communicate and interact professionally and effectively through written and oral communication with current and potential clients and;
    • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple priorities and deadlines.
