  • Vertiv is seeking a highly skilled and dynamic Investor Relations Manager to join our growing team. As the Investor Relations Manager, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with current and potential investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders. This position requires a combination of financial acumen, communication skills, and strategic thinking to effectively communicate the company's financial performance, business strategy, and growth prospects to the investment community.

    This position will be in office at our HQ's located in Westerville, Ohio.

    RESPONSIBILITIES

    • Build and Maintain Investor Relationships:
      • Develop and nurture relationships with existing investors, analysts, and other key stakeholders.
      • Host calls with investors and analysts.
      • Conduct targeting analysts.
    • Communicate Financial Performance:
      • Help prepare and distribute financial reports, presentations, and other materials to communicate the company’s financial performance and strategic initiatives.
      • Conduct financial analysis and benchmarking to effectively convey the company’s position in the market.
    • Coordinate Investor Meetings and Events:
      • Organize and coordinate investor conferences, roadshows, and other events to showcase the company’s achievements and future plans.
      • Work closely with executive leadership to prepare for investor meetings and presentations.
    • Market Intelligence and Analysis:
      • Stay informed about industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities to provide insights that may impact the company’s investor relation strategy.
    • Regulatory Compliance:
      • Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory requirements, including the timely filing of reports and other disclosures.
      • Stay abreast of changes in regulations affecting relations wand communicate any potential impact on the company. 
    • Annual Report:
      • Provide input into the development of the company’s annual report and other investor-focused materials. 
    • IR Website:
      • Provide timely updates to the IR website and ensures content is easy to find. 

    QUALIFICATIONS

    • 4 years of experience in investor relations, finance, marketing, strategy, planning and development, or corporate communication positions for a public company or a consulting agency.
    • College degree required, with a master's degree preferred.
    • Outstanding financial and investment analysis skills, oral and written communication skills. 
    • A clear and thorough understanding of the financial modeling techniques used by security analysts to project a company's operating and financial performance
    • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
