Job Description:

American Ventures, a leading commercial real estate development company, is seeking an experienced and dynamic Investor Relations Professional to join our team. This individual will play a key role in developing and executing our investor relations strategy, maintaining, and enhancing relationships with investors, and effectively communicating the company's performance, strategy, and outlook. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of financial markets, real estate development, and a proven track record in investor communications and relationship management.

Responsibilities:

Investor Communications: Craft and disseminate clear, compelling communications for current and potential investors, including monthly & quarterly earnings releases, investor presentations, and annual reports.

Financial Analysis and Reporting: Monitor and analyze the company's financial performance, market trends, and competitor activity to provide insights to investors and management.

Investor Events and Meetings: Organize and participate in investor meetings, roadshows, conferences, and earnings calls, ensuring effective communication of the company's value proposition.

Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with shareholders, analysts, and accredited investors, serving as a primary point of contact.

Regulatory Compliance: Ensure compliance with SEC and other regulatory requirements related to investor relations activities.

Strategy Development: Assist in developing and executing the investor relations strategy to enhance shareholder value and market perception of American Ventures.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with the finance, legal, marketing, and executive teams to ensure a cohesive and consistent message to the investment community.

Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Communications, or related field. MBA or CFA is a plus. Minimum of 5 years of experience in investor relations, finance, or a related field, preferably in the real estate or related industry. Strong understanding of financial reporting, valuation techniques, and capital markets. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to convey complex information in a clear and concise manner. Proven track record of building and maintaining strong professional relationships. Ability to work under pressure, meet tight deadlines, and manage multiple tasks simultaneously. Strong analytical and strategic thinking skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and investor relations software.

Pay: $60,000.00 - $90,000.00 per year
