Job Overview: We are seeking a Customer Relations Manager (“CRM”) who is passionate about providing high-quality support and maintaining strong relationships with our clients. The ideal candidate will be a problem solver who is adept at handling inquiries and providing solutions that align with our clients’ financial goals and needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Serve as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and face-to-face meetings.
• Understand and address client needs, providing timely and accurate responses to queries concerning account details, transaction history, investment performance, and more.
• Coordinate with internal teams, including financial advisors and account managers, to ensure a seamless client experience.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of our services, products, and compliance regulations.
• Document all client interactions and transactions, maintaining confidentiality and integrity of client data.
• Assist in the preparation and distribution of client statements and reports.
• Contribute to the continuous improvement of our customer service practices.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in customer service, preferably within the financial services or wealth management sector.
• Experience with Charles Schwab is a plus
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work effectively in a team environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Familiarity with financial products and wealth management services.
• Experience in handling Ramsey Solutions clients and understanding their unique needs.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $48,799.00 - $58,059.05 per year
