Summary:

Royal Shell is SW Florida's leader in Luxury Vacation Rentals. In this role, you will be responsible for partnering with reservations, housekeeping, maintenance, and accounting in acquiring, maintaining, and sustaining vacation rental properties, providing the optimum rental vacation experience for our guests, and maximizing potential rental income for our owners by performing the following duties.

What You'll Do:

• Assist with developing and promoting a cutting edge and competitive vacation rental program on a continual basis.
• Recruit and maintain units in rental program and present all aspects of program to owners in a clear, concise manner.
• Comprehend and is independently proficient with all aspects of vacation rental program, contracts, required paperwork, and software.
• Maximize rentals through proactive rate monitoring, discounts, and increases as supply and demand dictate.
• Responsible for 100% daily follow up with same day call backs, email replies, and owner meetings.
• Assist owners with questions regarding reservations, work orders, statements, and forms.
• Advise owners of rental trends, amenities, and décor to remain competitive in the rental market.
• Monitor and evaluate units, communicate issues to owners, and assist in resolutions, vendor estimates, and order items as needed.
• Assist owners with renovation projects as needed, calendar blocks, vendor supervision, deadlines, and deliveries.
• Enter units in our system, write enticing descriptions, take preliminary photos, and coordinate on-staff professional website photos.
• Contact guests, make reservations, answers questions, explain Royal Shell Vacations policies.
• Obtain deposits for confirmations, final payments, and follow-up, based on emails received from owners regarding reservations.
• Assist with phones, make reservations, posts checks, performs audits as needed, and acts as a back-up to cover days off and vacations.
• Participate in the seven day 24 hour rotating on-call schedule for after hours emergency calls.
• Assist with front desk duties, arrivals, departures, guest issues, and questions.
• Assist with reservationist's questions and training.
• Assist with guest questions, luggage, packages, groceries, and special event assistance as needed.
• Work with inspectors regarding unit inspections and guest issues.

Experience/Skills:

• High school diploma or general education degree (GED); and
• Two to four years related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $40,000.00 per year
