Investor Relations Manager oversees communication and nurtures relationship with shareholders. Handles shareholder requests for information. Being an Investor Relations Manager plans the annual meeting and meeting documents, such as the annual report and the proxy statement, in accordance with SEC regulations. Supervises and directs subordinates staff. Additionally, Investor Relations Manager requires a bachelor's degree. Typically reports to top management. The Investor Relations Manager typically manages through subordinate managers and professionals in larger groups of moderate complexity. Provides input to strategic decisions that affect the functional area of responsibility. May give input into developing the budget. Capable of resolving escalated issues arising from operations and requiring coordination with other departments. What you'll do:
Our Front Desk Clerks provide exceptional customer service to facilitate excellent and memorable guestand residentexperiences.
Your job will include:
- Act as thepropertyliaison and provide guestsand residentswith information,responding to questions in person and over the phone.
- Process payments and deposits.
- Run reports and submit maintenance request forms to ensure office efficiency.
- Partner with yourPropertyManager and communicate frequently toaddressinquiriesin a timely and professional manner.
- Prioritizecustomersatisfaction, address conflicts and solve problems promptly.
Experience & skills you need:
- High school diploma or equivalent experience.
- 1 yearsof experience in customer servicewithexceptional customer service skills.
- Strong organizational skills and meticulous attention to detail.
- Computer literacy and the ability to learn new systems.
