Job Summary:
We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Customer Relations Manager to join our team. As a Customer Relations Manager, you will be responsible for managing customer relationships, ensuring customer satisfaction, and overseeing the customer service department. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be fluent in Spanish and English, and have a strong background in customer service and leadership.

Duties:
- Manage and coordinate first and second delivery's
- Follow up calls to sold customers to insure a great experience
- Make sure all customers would recommend the dealership 10/10
- Analyze customer feedback and data to identify areas for improvement
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless customer experiences
- Lead and participate in customer service projects and initiatives
- Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) to track team performance
- Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in customer relations

Requirements:
- Proven experience in a customer service management role
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Strong leadership and supervisory skills
- Proficient in project management techniques
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Multilingual abilities are a plus
