Porter/Janitor - Stamford, CT
General Description of Job: Directly responsible for overall cleanliness, maintenance and repairs of interior and exterior of assigned building. Reports special problems to the Superintendent for follow-up; checks specific areas for debris, cleanliness and maintenance; is responsive to tenants comments, or complaints, about condition of building; reports all complaints to management for further action if necessary; performs job requests from Superintendent, or other management personnel.
Supervision: Directly by Superintendent; also follows instructions of owners and other management personnel.
Essential Requirements for Job: Experience as Handyman and Porter preferred. Able to understand instructions.
