Overview:

We are currently seeking a Janitor to join our team.

The shifts we are looking for are from 3pm-10pm Monday, Tuesday, Wednesda, Saturday, and Sunday.

As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and functionality of our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for both employees and visitors.

Duties:

- Perform general cleaning tasks, including sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming

- Empty trash receptacles and dispose of waste properly

- Clean and sanitize restrooms, including toilets, sinks, and mirrors

- Maintain cleanliness of common areas such as break rooms and conference rooms

- Ensure that all areas are well-stocked with necessary supplies

- Perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks as needed

- Follow safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment

- Notify management of any maintenance or repair needs

Qualifications:

- Previous experience in janitorial or facilities maintenance preferred

- Basic English language skills for effective communication

- Mechanical knowledge to perform minor repairs and maintenance tasks

- Ability to read and interpret schematics for equipment maintenance

- Strong customer service skills to interact with employees and visitors

- Leadership qualities to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

Skills:

- Welding: Ability to fabricate or repair metal structures using welding techniques

- Electrical: Basic knowledge of electrical systems for troubleshooting and minor repairs

- Maintain: Ability to keep facilities clean and organized on an ongoing basis
