As a Janitor, your responsibilities will include:

• Performing daily cleaning tasks, including but not limited to sweeping, mopping, dusting, and vacuuming floors and surfaces
• Cleaning and disinfecting restrooms, kitchens, and other common areas
• Emptying trash and recycling bins and disposing of waste in a proper manner
• Maintaining inventory of cleaning supplies and equipment, and ensuring they are stored properly
• Monitoring building security and reporting any safety hazards or issues to the appropriate personnel
• Performing other duties as assigned by the Janitorial Field Manager

To be successful in this role, you must have:

• A high school diploma or equivalent
• Proven experience as a Janitor or similar role
• Knowledge of cleaning chemicals, proper storage, and disposal methods
• The ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• The ability to lift and move heavy equipment and supplies
• Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of cleanliness and hygiene
• Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
