Being a Janitor, Sr. removes and disposes trash, recycling, and other waste following the appropriate policies. May have basic maintenance skills and make minor repairs in the facility. Additionally, Janitor, Sr. may require a high school diploma. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Janitor, Sr. works under moderate supervision. JANITOR SHIFT TIME:
- 1st shift available! Monday-Friday
JANITOR POSITION DESCRIPTION:
- Trash removal, empty garbage cans for each floor
- Use proper precaution when throwing away trash
- Clean and store equipment at the end of each shift
- Report any needed repairs
- Perform waste disposal procedures as required by supervisor
- Assist in the proper care and use of housekeeping equipment
- Assisting housekeepers with their daily tasks
- heavy lifting, trash removal experience preferred
- Must have a min of (2) years of relative experience before applying
- Reliable transportation
- History of no call offs / good attendance prior roles
- Background check only!
- Authorized to work in the US
- Additional as needed
