• Infants (6 weeks to 15 months) - $133 weekly, $27 daily
• Toddlers (15 months to 2 yrs) - $126 weekly, $26 daily
• 2 years to 3 years - $119 weekly, $25 daily
• 4 years to 5 years - $112 weekly, $23 daily

Position Overview :

The Janitor will complete assigned cleaning and maintenance tasks on the complex including such items as mopping or waxing of the floor, the removal of rubbish or trash, or any other internal and external grounds upkeep.

The janitor shall work closely with EHS supervisor to provide sanitary conditions in the complex. The day shift hours are 7 : 00 am to 3 : 30 pm, with a rotating weekend and holiday.

Responsibilities :

Complete any assigned task for the internal cleaning and cosmetic appearance of the complex including such items as dust mopping or other floor maintenance, rubbish and trash removal, the cleaning of walls, etc.

• Complete any assigned tasks for the external cleaning and maintenance of any complex-owned grounds which includes lawn upkeep, gutter work, raking, etc.
• Respond to emergency calls as necessary
• Participates in regular in-service training and other quality assurance activities.
• Aides housekeepers and other personnel in the movement of furniture or equipment
• Requirements

High school diploma or the equivalent is required.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills are required.
• Good client / customer service skills are required.
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions is required.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks is required.
• Ability to work effectively with a team is required.
• Ability to work independently as needed is required.
• Basic knowledge of cleaning products and techniques or willingness to learn is required.
