Job Overview:
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Janitor to join our team. As a Janitor, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in our facilities. This is a vital role in ensuring a safe and pleasant environment for employees and visitors.

Responsibilities:
- Perform routine cleaning tasks, including dusting, sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and emptying trash bins
- Clean and sanitize restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas
- Maintain cleanliness of windows, glass surfaces, and mirrors
- Ensure that all areas are free from debris and hazards
- Restock supplies in restrooms and other designated areas
- Perform basic maintenance tasks such as changing light bulbs or fixing minor plumbing issues
- Follow established safety protocols and use appropriate cleaning agents and equipment
- Notify management of any repairs or maintenance needed

Skills:
- Experience in commercial or industrial cleaning preferred
- Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively
- Excellent communication skills to interact with team members and customers

- Bilingual is a plus
