Janitorial Supervisor

At Seacrest Services, Inc we take pride in the work that we do and we do it right the first time.  We are currently accepting resumes for a Bilingual-Janitorial Professional with experience in all phases of Exterior Building Maintenance.  This is an excellent opportunity with growth potential while working in one of our largest communities in Delray Beach, FL.

Some of the duties may include:

• Directing all janitorial activities for a large janitorial staff, including planning and preparing employees work schedules.

·         Liaison between customers, employees and managers

·         Inspecting and evaluating the physical condition of buildings to ensure janitorial department is meeting contract obligations.

·         Managing inventory and ordering of supplies.   

Ideal Candidate will have:

·         A minimum of  3 years of janitorial experience (Condo experience prefer)

·         Excellent English/Spanish communication skills

·         A minimum of 1 years of large staff supervisory experience 

·         Excellent diplomatic skills and ability to effectively resolve issues

·         Ability to work outdoors 90% of the time

·         Ability to pass a drug screening and clean background. 

·         A clean driving record and active US driver’s license

·         Good customer service attitude and desire to grow with the Company
