```Job Summary```

We are seeking a reliable and experienced Custodial supervisor to oversee the cleanliness and maintenance of our facilities. As the Custodial supervisor, you will be responsible for ensuring that our buildings are kept clean, safe, and well-maintained. This is a leadership role that requires strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

```Duties```

- perform qulity audits to ensure the cleanliness of all areas in the facility, including offices, restrooms, hallways, and common areas

- Ensure that all custodial supplies are stocked and readily available

- Supervise custodial staff and assign tasks as needed

- Train new custodial staff on proper cleaning techniques and safety procedures

- Perform routine inspections to identify areas that require maintenance or repairs

- Coordinate with external vendors for specialized cleaning services or repairs

- Handle any custodial emergencies or incidents that may arise

- Maintain floor care by sweeping, mopping, buffing, and waxing as needed

```Qualifications```

- Proven experience in custodial or facilities maintenance roles

- Knowledge of commercial cleaning techniques and equipment

- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain high cleanliness standards

- Excellent organizational and time management skills

- Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively

- Good communication skills for interacting with staff and vendors

Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
