We are currently recruiting highly qualified candidates, whose background and career goals meet our needs, for the following position in our Huntsville, AL facility. Please note that due to our Department of Defense contract requirements, U.S. CITIZENSHIP IS REQUIRED.

Job Purpose: Oversee the work of the custodial staff, ensuring that buildings remain clean and that all maintenance concerns are taken care of in a timely manner.

Nature of Duties:

• Oversee daily cleaning of facility
• Assist Site Manager with facility inspections and complying with safety regulations
• Extensive communication with associates and other individuals/ staff answering questions and explaining information
• Plan, schedule, assign, and evaluate work of janitorial staff
• Inspect building and ground to ensure clean and safe conditions
• Evaluate the need for minor building or equipment repairs, and supervisor those repairs
• Investigate complaints regarding janitorial service
• Order supplies, maintain record, and prepare reports as directed
  
  
• Education and Experience:
• 5 years of directly related experience in Facilities, Maintenance, and a heavy focus in Janitorial.
• Minimally 2 of those years be in a supervisory capacity
• Basic computer experience.
• Leadership capabilities.
