  • Job Description Summary

    NetSuite Developer who will be responsible for overseeing the backend development and integration aspects of our NetSuite implementation, including integration with other systems such as Salesforce and ServiceMax. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in NetSuite development, along with hands-on experience in integrating NetSuite with third-party systems using Jitterbit or similar integration platforms. This role will involve collaborating with stakeholders to gather requirements, designing and implementing solutions, ensuring the successful delivery of NetSuite projects, and overall responsibility for NetSuite.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Technical implementation of NetSuite solutions, focusing on backend development and integration aspects.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and analyze requirements, define technical specifications, and develop custom solutions.
    • Design and implement NetSuite integrations with Salesforce and ServiceMax, leveraging Jitterbit as the integration tool.
    • Provide technical expertise and guidance to development teams, ensuring adherence to best practices and standards.
    • Conduct code reviews, identify areas for improvement, and implement solutions to optimize performance and scalability.
    • Work closely with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate requirements into technical solutions.
    • Stay current with NetSuite platform updates, new features, and industry trends, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
    • Collaborate with IT infrastructure teams to ensure seamless integration and deployment of NetSuite solutions.
    • Flexibility to work outside normal business hours as required to collaborate with offshore development teams.


    Required Skills & Experience:

    • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
    • 5 years of experience in NetSuite development and administration.
    • Proven experience in backend development using SuiteScript, SuiteTalk, SuiteFlow, and other NetSuite development tools.
    • Strong proficiency in NetSuite integration, with hands-on experience using Jitterbit or similar integration platforms.
    • Experience integrating NetSuite with other systems such as Salesforce, ServiceMax, or similar CRM and field service management solutions.
    • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and stakeholders.


    Desired Characteristics:

    • NetSuite certification(s) preferred.
    • Experience with other ERP systems and integration platforms is a plus.
