Notre Dame continues to invest in digital transformation to provide an excellent user experience while streamlining the business processes necessary to deliver it. Enterprise Content Management, utilizing OnBase, is one of the major platforms within our digital transformation initiative. We are looking for an outstanding OnBase developer who can help us move forward as an organization.
Our OnBase developer will need to have outstanding listening skills to understand the business objectives of our partners and excellent facilitation skills to craft business requirements that will satisfy those objectives. This could include suggesting business process and workflow changes that will improve the way our partner areas operate.
Once the objectives are understood, the developer will need to architect, design, build, and test technical solutions that provide the best value while minimizing the total cost of ownership.
We are looking for an OnBase developer that is proficient in developing and troubleshooting Onbase Workflows, Unity Forms, Workview solutions and has experience with integrating Onbase with other platforms.
Our OnBase developer may act as a primary relationship owner with a particular department or partner area. The Office of Information Technologies (OIT) strives to be a trusted technology partner, so the expectation is that our developer will build excellent relationships and provide excellent consulting services to those departments.

Minimum Qualifications:
1 Qualifications & Certifications:Bachelors degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field or equivalentexperience (4 - 7 years).
2 Complexity, Independence, and Scope:Specialized understanding of OnBase, project management, application development/configuration, databases, and integrations.
3 Problem Solving/Consultative Approach:Has excellent problem solving skills with the ability to look at a problem from multiple perspectives to get the best solution.

Preferred Qualifications:
One or more OnBase certifications such as:

• OnBase Certified System Administrator (OCSA)
• OnBase Certified Workflow Administrator (OCWA)
• OnBase Certified Workview Administrator (OCWV)
• OnBase Certified API Developer (OCAPI)

Proficiency with a programming language (JavaScript, C#, Java, Python, Powershell, etc,)

Experience with Hyland Onbase or other Enterprise Content Management and/or Document Management software platforms
