Java Developer, Sr. jobs in Asheville, NC

Web Developer & Client Support position available with a website development and marketing agency located in downtown Asheville, NC.

We are looking for a friendly, motivated full-time client support team member with one year or more professional experience working with WordPress websites.

The ideal applicant will have a general knowledge of WordPress with the ability to work with a custom theme template using HTML, CSS & PHP.

You will:

• Serve as the main point of contact for client support requests
• Work within our ticket system & project management software
• Communicate with clients on a daily basis by email and phone
• Resolve requests and issues on WordPress websites
• Collaborate with the development team on a range of tasks and projects
• Work in our Asheville, NC office
• Occasional weekend/holiday work may be required

Skills needed:

• HTML/CSS/PHP
• Experience with WordPress
• Experience with using a text editor and FTP software
• Effective communication abilities
