    NTI Is looking for DODIN Instructors/Developers to join our team, someone passionate about shaping the minds of aspiring cybersecurity professionals and developing cutting-edge cyber training programs. As a Instructor/Developer with the USAF, you will be at the heart of cybersecurity education and training initiatives. This position is not just about imparting knowledge; it's about shaping the mindset and skills of Air Force personnel to tackle the most sophisticated cyber threats facing our nation. You will be developing and delivering state-of-the-art training programs that prepare our airmen for success in the cyber domain.

    General Qualifications:

    • 3-15 years of Relevant Cyber/ IT experience
    • Must have an active TS/SCI

    Knowledge:

    DODIN Architecture and Technologies:

    • Deep understanding of the Department of Defense Information Network's architecture, including its components, technologies, and how they interconnect to support DoD operations.

    Cybersecurity and Network Defense Principles:

    • Comprehensive knowledge of cybersecurity principles specifically related to network defense, including intrusion detection, network traffic analysis, and the implementation of defensive measures to protect DODIN assets.

    Regulatory and Compliance Standards:

    • Familiarity with DoD and federal cybersecurity regulations, standards, and best practices for securing information networks, including RMF (Risk Management Framework) and NIST (National Institute of Standards and Technology) guidelines.

    Skills:

    Instructional Design and Delivery:

    • Proficiency in creating and delivering training programs focused on DODIN operations, cybersecurity practices, and network defense strategies.

    Analytical and Diagnostic Skills:

    • Strong analytical skills with the ability to diagnose network vulnerabilities, analyze cyber threats, and develop strategies to protect DODIN assets.

    Technical Communication:

    • Ability to effectively communicate complex technical information and procedures to a diverse audience, ensuring clarity and understanding.

    Tasks:

    Curriculum Development for DODIN Operations:

    • Develop and continuously update a comprehensive curriculum that addresses DODIN operations, cybersecurity defense strategies, and resilience planning, ensuring it meets the current and future needs of the DoD.

    Specialized Training Delivery:

    • Deliver engaging and informative training sessions tailored to DODIN operators and cybersecurity personnel, focusing on operational best practices, threat mitigation, and network defense techniques.

    Simulation and Training Tool Development:

    • Create and maintain realistic simulations and training tools that replicate the DODIN environment, allowing for practical, hands-on experience in network defense and operations.

    Collaboration with Cyber and DODIN Experts:

    • Work closely with cybersecurity and DODIN experts to ensure the training reflects the latest operational procedures, technologies, and threats, incorporating real-world scenarios into the curriculum.

    Continuous Learning and Curriculum Improvement:

    • Pursue ongoing professional development in DODIN operations and cybersecurity to maintain personal expertise and ensure the training program remains relevant and effective.

    Certifications:

    • IAT/M Level II - IAT/M Level III

    Education:

    • Minimum requirement: Associates Degree
    • Preferred Requirement: Bachelor's degree
    • 400 instructor podium hrs. or CF CAISD Certification

    Job Type: Full-time

    Pay: $70,000.00 - $130,000.00 per year
