Job Title: Sr Java Developer (Frontend Focus)
Location: Plano, TX (Hybrid)
Duration: 32 Months

This is a W2 Requirement with PP number, Only 8 Profiles

Responsibilities:

• Frontend Development (70%):
• Designing and implementing user-facing features using Java-based frontend technologies such as JavaFX, Java Swing, or Java Server Faces (JSF).
• Collaborating with UI/UX designers and backend developers to translate designs and wireframes into high-quality code.
• Optimizing application performance for maximum speed and scalability.
• Ensuring cross-browser compatibility and responsiveness of applications.
• Conducting code reviews and providing constructive feedback to team members.
• Backend Development (30%):
• Developing server-side logic using Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
• Designing and implementing RESTful APIs for seamless communication between frontend and backend systems.
• Integrating backend services with third-party APIs and external systems.
• Writing efficient, reusable, and testable code.
• Implementing security and data protection measures.
• Technical Leadership:
• Mentoring junior developers and providing technical guidance.
• Participating in architectural discussions and contributing to the overall technical roadmap.
• Keeping abreast of the latest industry trends and emerging technologies, and evaluating their potential impact on the project.
• Collaboration and Communication:
• Working closely with cross-functional teams including product managers, QA engineers, and DevOps specialists to deliver high-quality software solutions.
• Communicating effectively with stakeholders to gather requirements and provide project updates.
• Participating in Agile ceremonies such as sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
• Requirements:
• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
• 8 years of professional experience in software development, with a focus on Java programming.
• Strong proficiency in frontend technologies such as JavaFX, Java Swing, or Java Server Faces (JSF).
• Experience with modern frontend frameworks/libraries such as Angular, React, or Vue.js is a plus.
• Solid understanding of backend development principles and experience with Java frameworks such as Spring Boot or Hibernate.
• Proficiency in building RESTful APIs and integrating backend services with frontend applications.
• Experience with relational databases (e.g., MySQL, PostgreSQL) and NoSQL databases (e.g., MongoDB, Redis).
• Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools (e.g., Git, Jenkins, Docker) is desirable.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
