HR Generalist to join the team!
This role will provide HR consultative, project-based, and hands-on support to employees and managers. In addition, they will provide expertise and support to the team on key HR initiatives and projects related to process improvement and overall HR best practices.
Working closely with the Plant HR Manager and Corporate HR team, they will ensure that HR services support a productive, effective, and engaged workforce that contributes to the success of the plant and the organization.
To allow for full employee support at the plant, this role will be 10 : 00am - 7 : 00pm CST.
