Responsibilities:

• Problem Restoration and support of Resolution
• Triage of Severity P1, P2, P3 and P4 Business issues
• Pivotal role in bridging architectural challenges for distributed apps.
• Support of Infrastructure Changes
• Release Mgt. (Provide support for the delivery of monthly releases)
• Provide process improvement support and complete process documentation
• Be responsible for the technical discussions in customer governance calls
• Implement change requests and engineering tasks
• Work with community network to retain technology competitiveness
• Find opportunities for automation, standardization and stabilization of environment
• Prepare/update/review run books/SOP/knowledge articles on specific technology areas
