    Description:

    Java Developer working on the eREP (Electronic Resource Eligibility Product) system and related applications. eREP is a browser-based interface to the application written in Java using JBoss, Oracle, MongoDb, Spring Hibernate, DROOLS, Vaadin, and other technologies.

    Duties include:

    • Development of Java code to implement requested features and capabilities with open-source technologies and custom code in the Spring/Hibernate model.
    • Note: the candidate may be authorized to access highly confidential information of various types. There is a zero tolerance policy for violations of information access policy.
    • The ideal candidate will possess a high level of self-direction, professional communications ability, and discipline to fit in to high-performing team.

    Preferred/required skills:

    • 3 years or more of experience with Java programming
    • Experience with a large and complex system platform. Microservice-based applications preferred.
