We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Intelligence (BI) Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in data engineering and analytics, with expertise in tools such as dbt, Databricks, and Power BI. As a BI Developer, you will play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining our BI infrastructure to empower data-driven decision-making across the organization.

Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and maintain scalable and efficient data pipelines using dbt (Data Build Tool) to transform raw data into actionable insights.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, define data models, and implement data solutions that meet business needs.
• Work closely with data engineers to ensure data quality, consistency, and integrity throughout the data lifecycle.
• Build and optimize data warehouses and data lakes on cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure) using Databricks.
• Develop interactive and visually appealing reports, dashboards, and data visualizations using Power BI to enable stakeholders to analyze and interpret data effectively.
• Perform data analysis and provide insights to support business decision-making, identify trends, and uncover opportunities for optimization.
• Stay current with industry trends and best practices in BI, data engineering, and analytics to continuously improve processes and tools.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
• Proven experience as a BI Developer or Data Engineer, with a strong understanding of data warehousing concepts, ETL processes, and data modeling principles.
• Hands-on experience with dbt (Data Build Tool) for data transformation and modeling.
• Proficiency in using Databricks for big data processing and analytics.
• Advanced skills in Power BI for creating interactive reports, dashboards, and data visualizations.
• Solid understanding of SQL and database technologies (e.g., SQL Server, PostgreSQL, Redshift).
• Experience working with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a cross-functional team environment.
