    Who are we looking for? Reliable, detail oriented, hardworking, and honest individuals willing to travel who want to find a career where they can grow, belong, excel, and thrive! Your role will involve moving Gondola runs using skates and proficiently measuring according to the store map to ensure accurate and efficient placement of fixtures and merchandise. Once the footprint process is finished you will act as a merchandiser/fixture installer on the team and complete the remodel.

    Job Requirements:

    • Footprint Layout Assistance: Collaborate with the Footprint Lead Merchandiser and other team members to assist in the layout process for store remodels, ensuring adherence to company standards and guidelines.
    • Gondola Run Movement: Utilize skates and other equipment to safely and efficiently move Gondola runs to designated locations within the store, following the predetermined layout plan.
    • Measurement Proficiency: Demonstrate proficiency in accurately measuring spaces according to the store map and layout plan, ensuring precise placement of fixtures, displays, and merchandise.
    • Spatial Awareness: Develop a strong understanding of spatial relationships within the store environment, including traffic flow patterns, aisle widths, and clearance zones, to optimize the layout for maximum efficiency and customer engagement.
    • Collaborative Communication: Maintain open communication with team members, providing updates on progress, identifying any challenges or obstacles, and actively participating in problem-solving discussions to ensure timely completion of the layout process.
    • Fixture Setup and Maintenance: Set shelves, peg hooks, shelf strips, and price labels according to the provided planogram. Ensure proper installation of signage and promotional materials to enhance product visibility and communicate pricing information effectively.
    • Merchandise Stocking: Stock merchandise onto shelves and displays according to the planogram layout and product placement guidelines. Pay close attention to product facing, alignment, and presentation to create visually appealing displays that attract customer attention.

    Qualifications


    Qualifications:

    • Have experience moving Gondolas using skates
    • Have experience merchandising and remodeling in a retail store environment
    • The desire and ability to travel! You will need personal, reliable transportation (we do not provide rentals and public transportation will not suffice in this line of work)
    • Be Reliable! Commit to working the assigned hours provided on the project schedule
    • Must be 18 years of age or older
    • Capability to stand comfortably for prolonged periods of time
    • Strength to periodically lift up to 35 pounds
    • Ability to pass national background check and random drug screenings
    • Valid government issued Identifications
