Jig and Fixture Builder assembles a variety of standard and non-standard major jigs, fixtures and related tooling. Ensures jigs function appropriately with complex angles or contours. Being a Jig and Fixture Builder is responsible for determining methods and sequence of operations and scheduling work to be performed from tool design drawings. Designs and creates jig and fixture details and holding devices. Additionally, Jig and Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Requires a high school diploma in a related area with certification in the field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. The Jig and Fixture Builder works independently within established procedures associated with the specific job function. Has gained proficiency in multiple competencies relevant to the job. Job Overview
We are seeking a dynamic Outside Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and a drive to excel in a competitive market. If you are results-oriented and enjoy building relationships with clients, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities
- Conduct outside sales activities to drive revenue growth and meet sales targets
- Utilize CRM software to track leads, opportunities, and customer interactions
- Negotiate contracts and close deals with customers
- Develop new business through prospecting, coldcalling and networking efforts
- Provide technical sales support to customers on product offerings
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop strategies for market penetration
- Manage key accounts and provide exceptional account management services
Requirements
- Minimum of three years in outside sales experience
- Technical knowledge of building materials: especially wood flooring, tile, and stone
- Naturally outgoing and articulate personality with strong closing skills
- Strong initiative required to be successful in role
- Must be willing to take occasional calls after-hours and on weekends
- Ability to work both independently and in a team setting
- Excellent communication, customer service and time management skills
- Must have valid driver’s license and own transportation
- Bachelor's Degree or experience in Architecture or Interior Design is a plus

Pay: $50,000.00 - $150,000.00 per year
