Overview:
We are seeking an experienced and highly organized Construction Office Manager to join our team. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our office, ensuring efficiency and effectiveness in all administrative tasks. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in office management, with proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft Word and Excel, payroll, and human resources.

Responsibilities:
- Coordinate and schedule meetings, appointments
- Oversee calendar management

- Maintain Client and Subcontractor files
- Handle payroll processing and maintain accurate records
- Manage vendor relationships, sub contractor agreements and accounts payable
- Provide administrative support to staff as needed
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Office Manager or similar role Construction a plus!
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Microsoft and other relevant software applications
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize work effectively
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Knowledge of human resources practices and procedures
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy in work
- Strong problem-solving skills
