Additionally, Jig and Fixture Builder may be required to verify accuracy and quality in accordance with established control procedures. Requires a high school diploma in a related area with certification in the field. Typically reports to a supervisor or manager. Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Installer to join our team. As an Installer, you will be responsible for installing various products and ensuring they are properly set up and functioning. This is a hands-on role that requires attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
Duties:
- Install products according to specifications and guidelines
- Use tools and equipment to assemble and secure products
- Test products to ensure they are functioning correctly
- Troubleshoot any issues that arise during installation
- Provide excellent customer service and address any customer concerns or questions
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work area
Skills:
- Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Adobe Creative Suite for visual design purposes
- Familiarity with planograms and the ability to follow them accurately
- Ability to use Sketchup or similar software for product layout and design
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to follow instructions precisely
- Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues
- Experience using a cash register and handling financial transactions
- Ability to effectively communicate with customers and provide exceptional customer service
- Knowledge of pricing strategies and the ability to accurately price products
