Showbest Fixture Corp, a leading provider of custom store fixtures and retail displays, is seeking an Inventory Clerk to join their team in Richmond, VA.

Responsibilities:

• Maintaining Inventory Levels
• Receive and track all hardware inventory to include cycle counts and end-of-year
• Order new materials and products when necessary
• Ensuring stock levels are sufficient to meet demand
• Monitor Inventory Movement
• Track incoming and outgoing shipments
• Assist in accepting deliveries to be sure what is received is correct and undamaged
• Ensure inventory is properly stored and organized
• Conduct inventory audits
• Ensure all materials and products are accounted for and inventory levels are accurate
• Identify and reconcile any discrepancies
• Make necessary adjustments to inventory records
• Coordinating with production teams
• Communicate with production teams and PM’s to ensure that materials and products are available when needed
• Read drawings and material sheets to pick and issue parts from inventory for shop/production
• Assist Warehouse Manager and VP of Manufacturing as needed
• Receiving
• Shipping
• Pick up hardware/parts
